Let parents find your free places
Parents looking for a day parent often don't know who has a place. Show yourself on Vagga with your area, hours and free places — we check your licence first.
How it works
1. Create a profile
Tell parents about yourself: your area, the ages you look after and the languages you speak.
2. We check your papers
A person at Vagga reads your document and confirms it is yours. Then the papers are deleted — we keep only the result.
3. Parents write to you
Parents who are signed in can see your profile and send you a message. Your phone number and email are never shown.
What you need
- A valid licence to work as a day parent.
- Your kennitala, so we can match the licence to you.
- Your area, your hours and how many places you have.
Your privacy
- Your kennitala is never stored or shown — only a scrambled code we can check against.
- Your papers are deleted as soon as they have been reviewed.
- Only parents who are signed in can see your profile, and only your first name and area.
